Annual Review 2025: Trainee Topics and Company Runs
Training Fair for Trainee's in Attendorn on 11 February 2025
Once again this year, we had the pleasure of taking part in the Attendorn Career Fair.
More than 70 exhibitors from a wide range of industries were able to present themselves on this day, informing interested pupils about training professions and products and supporting them in their career choices.
A heartfelt thank‑you goes to the Hanseschule Attendorn for the excellent organisation.
Plettenberg Training Fair for Trainee's on 4 and 5 June 2025
The 18th Plettenberg Training Fair once again offered more than 60 regional training companies the opportunity to inform young people and their families about apprenticeships and degree programmes.
The combination of school visit days and a public visiting window enabled in‑depth conversations.
AOK Company Run on 4 July 2025
On 4 July 2025, it was time for several PRINZ employees to:
Tie up their running shoes, feel the team spirit, and get going together!
Once again this year, we were able to take part in the AOK Company Run in Lüdenscheid. With almost 7,000 participants and roughly six kilometres through the centre of Lüdenscheid – no problem for our team! It didn’t matter whether the distance was completed running, walking, or strolling.
Good spirits and team spirit were at the forefront – and everyone could feel that on this day.
Trainee Start on 1 August 2025
Today was a special day at PRINZ, as we welcomed our new trainees!
Together with our CEO Stephan Schwarz, Production Manager Burkhard Götz, and Training Coordinator from HR, Nadine Kremer, the trainees were warmly welcomed into the company.
We wish you a great and successful start to your professional life and lots of joy in this new chapter!
Feelgood Relay Run on 29 August 2025
True to the motto “After the run is before the run”, five PRINZ employees took part in this year’s Feelgood Relay Run in Herscheid‑Hüinghausen.
Unlike the AOK Company Run, each runner had to complete 5 km one after the other – including elevation gain, baton handovers, and a route that led through the forest and once across the Hüinghausen airfield.
All five completed their kilometres injury‑free – despite the adverse weather.
We will surely look back on this event often and remember this day fondly.
BOM in Werdohl on 1 October 2025
On 1 October 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming pupils at the Career Orientation Fair in Werdohl, held at the comprehensive school.
Together with nearly 60 exhibitors from various sectors such as industry, crafts, and services, we were able to present our apprenticeships and degree programmes.
