Quality in our production
Quality is lived in our company - only flawless products leave PRINZ. Continuous optimisation processes are developed responsibly by all our employees.
All products are thoroughly checked for their internal metallurgical quality. For this purpose, we use state-of-the-art digital image processing as well as microscopic and macroscopic examinations of the finished parts.

Process monitoring
Process monitoring on all production lines monitors all production steps and guarantees a consistent and reproducible quality. During the entire manufacturing process, the actual and target values are continuously monitored by our employees. And finally - depending on the task - the products undergo straightness checks integrated into the manufacturing processes.
In addition, the products undergo an automated mechanical 100% inspection before delivery, to ensure they meet customer requirements. An elaborate combination of high-performance measuring devices and testing machines are used for this purpose. Every part can be checked here using eddy current, camera and/or laser. Sealing surfaces, deflection points, internal and external threads, markings, internal and external drives as well as the lengths and special geometrical features such as chamfers and crests can be examined.
